The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

We travel-led as a group of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very reasonable priced hotel with excellent service. Delicious in house food, they make whatever you ask them to make (veg or non veg. Absolutely 10/10 lake view. Highly recommended!

We were late to bhimtal, and had to check in around 1 a. M, the booking was made in haste, but everything was ready and we were well received when we reached, the experience was truly fulfilling, we will make sure to stay at luxe when we come again.

Great stay in front of bhimtal lake and a very helpful manager there looking after the property. Morning view is amazing. Had breakfast included in the package and in general the food was good. We went for a walk out on the road up to bagh resort and were accompanied by the friendly canine. Even got help to replace the car's tyre by rahul.

Nice homestay very close in nature and specialy best thing property was lke view and mountain view nice service excellent food. Again i visited over there.

Room was not clean and smelling a lot over all the experience to stay was not good. Please take care in future. I m a regular member
