Worst Stay Ever – Immediate Checkout! Booked through Goibibo and had an absolutely disastrous experience. Upon arrival, I had to wait 15–20 minutes at the reception because nobody was there to check me in. When I finally got to the room, the real shock began — it was filthy, shabby, full of dust, with a terrible smell, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. The place felt like it had been abandoned for years. I had no choice but to check out immediately. It’s heartbreaking to see a hotel in such a prime location, which was once a gem in the city, fall to this pathetic state. I truly hope the owner/management has the will to at least attempt a renovation before more guests are disappointed. Would never recommend until major improvements are made.

The room has a vintage charm, with wooden furniture and classic-style lamps, but overall it feels quite dated and in need of refurbishment.

The room was not cleaned .. dusted or well maintained. The bathroom had cockroaches and the curtains had dust, spider webs and dirt on it. The room smelled like it was closed for ages .. and the room service was even horrible when we complained they said ok and nodded and didn't take any action. Won't ever be staying there again ... Worst experience

This hotel may shut down shortly. all rooms are dusty and very old. walls are all wet and nothing like service is available here. please do avoid listing of this hotel from your site. I urge u to reimburse the money.

Rooms were just average. Enough towels, glasd for drinking water etc were not provided. But provided after request. Dont know whether there is a restaurant functioning.

Charging sockets was not working. Had to charge mobile in washroom. Amenities given in description of hotel were not provided at the hotel.

The hotel smelled with dust, bathroom was not clean and no one accompanied us to room, very pathetic behaviour from hotel staff.

This place is under a different management now. The place has not been maintained in years. Was given a room with dirty sheets and the washroom smelled of urine and cigarettes. We were given another room and that had the same issues. Do not book this place expecting to get good service. I'd rather book an oyo than this

It's little odd of this hotel. No restaurant attached. No room service of catering. Even to get tea we have to wait. Only 2 staff at reception running hotel. No help to pick and drop luggage.

A bad smell was there in room. Toilet was not cleaned properly. So many dirty strains. No kettle for making at least hot water or tea. Water only one bottle. Blanket was giving smell. Full body was itching. No complimentary breakfast. We have taken ac room by paying additional. Any way next time not preferred. Thanks. Images not taken in busy time. While checking out we just informed reception about the blanket conditions.

I couldn't step into the hotel washroom as it as so dirty. Dirty linens & i had it changed by night. Only 3 staff in whole hotel and they don't care for anything. Worst hotel stay ever.

Not clean and hygiene very poor service

Property is not good for stay and property is on road but room was not neat and clean, there is no assistant available.

It can be a very good hotel. But it is poorly maintained. It’s like a lodge now. Not good for family stays
