It's a nice hotel. Behaviour of every hotel staff are amazing. Food quality is too good. We had booked a car from hotel for Rajasthan tour that was also good. They provided us every thing new for the room such as chappal, oil and shampoo.

Right from the beginning to the end, the hotel staff was very cordial. To my surprise, the hotel staff came down personally to the nearest point to guide us to the hotel. Further, all the facilities were provided swiftly.

Very nice hotel stuffs are very good it was my second visit. In my case it was added advantage that they have a Bengali cook and stuff so it was easier for me to make child food. Manager is also a very nice person. He always ready to help us. Very clean hotel. Food was excellent. They have room service facility. Location is very beautiful .. Calm and quite. You can park your car very nicely in front of the hotel and it is monitored by cc TV camera. A large parking space is there in front of the hotel. Market is near by and few good restaurants are also there if you want to eat outside. They have good ro machine so you have not need to bye mineral waters to waste your money. Only thing hotel provides only veg food but one thing in total Rajasthan there is not much more options for good non veg food specially in Navaratri time. They provide very good breakfast like Puri sabji or Ali paratha which was very delicious .. And tasty. Children ankle play in their codidoor as because it has long space. They also provide mineral water in MRP which was a plus point but in maximum places it is taken more. Basically in all aspects they are very good They have decorated the rooms very nicely. I am very much satisfied to stay here for second time and if I came next time in Jaipur I will definitely come again in hotel Surbhi palace.

Very good hotel to stay in Jaipur with family or alone, location of hotel is very much close to bus station and railway station, food of hotel is delicious and they can prepare as per your choice, rooms are neat and tidy.

Overall good hotel to stay in budget. Prime location all enmity near to hotel. Biggest good thing of hotel in cleanliness and staff. Staff is very polite discipline and ready to serve. One thing need to improve in deluxe room TV need to Chang it's should be LED.

Book it for my family and friends. We are satisfied with the services given by the hotel in late nite. Location is also easily reachable and nearest to bus stand, railway station. Staff is also cooperative. I will recommend this hotel. Value for money.
