We stay at executive suit, it was beautiful and very clean but the main noticeable thing in z retreat, that is the staff and their hospitality. Special thanks to vivek from front office and kajal from f&b, they are so humble and kind towards their guest that it’s really remarkable. The kind of service vivek provided with the sincerity that is just outstanding. Kajal was so nice at restaurant, that we feel we are eating at our home, she make our every single meal special with her kindness. Keep up the good work team.

I really liked it, i have stayed in so many hotels but this hotel is really nice, the hotel staff is very professional, the hotel is in a good location, good food, good service, the rooms are very nice and clean, the service is very fast when you call the help line, amazing in one word.

The z retreat and spa is one of the best hotel we have stayed. Location is very beautiful. We can have a valley view from room. Room are very spacious. We were upgraded to executive room. Thanks to manager. Rooms are very very neat and clean and beautiful also. Swimming pool is very clean. We enjoyed there. There is a kids games area. Which is very amazing. Our kids enjoyed lot there. Finally watt a delicious food. Food is very very tastey and variety of food available. Rates are very reasonable for rooms. This is one of the best hotel in gangtok.
