The location, food, stay and the staff were excellent. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Resort is well maintained. Peacock viewing experience was exceptional. Double marks for the food and kitchen staff. It would help if the resort could add some activities and improve the poolside. Kids play area also needs an upgrade.

Excellent courtesy by staff, quality food, fantastic location, stay with nature, river side, spacious room are few features must be mentioned exclusively to mention about my stay at this palace resort. Overall it was a great stay, we enjoyed it to the fullest. Would like to visit again.

Good stay. It is family related resort. Children and old people may stay and enjoy. Also, rooms are very traditional and neat, service, approach of resort people are very decent and helpful.

We 3 families stayed for 3 nights. We had a really good stay. Place was surrounded by coconut trees and near by river stream. So location is scenic. Food was also delicious and service by mr gopi govind was very nice. We enjoyed the stay

Excellent stay in pollachi. Good locality on the riverside. Food is serving at the property based on your request work your own menu selection. Worth for money.

We had a very pleasant experience at the resort. The premises is undergoing construction, yet there was no hassle in our stay. The staff were very courteous and waited on us and ensured all our needs were met. The food was homely and healthy. The location could be easily traced inspite of our odd times of travel. All in all it was a worthy experience.

The farm house was situated in between the coconut farms, the hospitality by all the staff members were excellent, especially gopi ! kudos to the entire team for taking good care of us. Food was amazing ! it’s good for family stay.

Stayed at this resort in pollachi after 7 years with college friends. The experience was truly excellent. The food was beyond words, and the location near the river was simply wonderful. The resort provided ample spaces for us to sit and chitchat after a long time. Thanks for making our reunion memorable!

Place was amazing. It was like living with nature. All staffs were so friendly. The food is so delicious. Each and every item they serve were so tasty and make us feel good after every meal. The food will make us to stay there for more days to enjoy the food more and more. Access to river was so easy and enjoyable

The resort and the ambience was really good. The support staff were polite and courteous with ever smiling face. The food provided was also tasted good. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Would love to visit again.
