Review Of Thiruchitrambalam palace & Resort

Not worth Rooms condition very average. And swimming pool worst

To be honest, the location was good. Room is good, but Rest room was not clean. The property is olg building, we offered room at ground floor, where heater was not working. Food was excellent, Thanks to Food Incharge for offering delicious food. The park was provided with only three activities. Furthermore, no one is available in the reception/entrance during night hours, it is very scary, they simply locked the property and went for sleep. I would give rating 4/10. Think twice before booking this property.

The resort is located in athupollachi and reaching there is slight tough but the people are good and friendly. Needs a lil cleanliness in the stairs. The morning view is just breathtaking. Overall it's a good experience being there

Nice place.. Excellent service by staffs.. A small suggestion, surroundings are not maintained properly.. Especially the restaurant area..Its not at all clean and neat though the food served was good. But felt unhygienic. Please do consider.

Location of the property is very beautiful and good roads lead to this resort. For the first time I realised that when you book a star hotel you need to be careful whenever it is AC or Non AC when you select a room. Though the property is well maintained and the rooms are big enough, rooms per se are not well maintained. The non-AC room where I stayed had few glass panes missing in the bathroom through which cats and field rats can enter. The property is not that friendly if you cannot walk or have knee problems. There is no Wifi and the restaurant will only cater for your meals if one gives sufficient notice. With all these drawbacks one can still enjoy the stay at this property if you love nature.

We had a great stay at thiruchitrambalam palace resort. The rooms were clean and everyone was very friendly. It's a nice spot for a weekend getaway with friends and families, for larger groups like community clubs. You can also click some great pictures. They have a limited menu but the food will be prepared fresh. Their parottas are a must try. Make sure the parottas and chappathis for dinner are served with the kurma and not other sides as you may end up with the one prepared for lunch. If you have time, try to dip in the bharathpuzha river at the back of this resort. The swimming pool can accommodate two families at a time. Note: you have to collect your towels from the reception and walk 100m if you stay at the palace resort.

We family of 5 members stayed at Resort. Actually i booked for 1 day, but after seeing the property my kids wished to stay for another one day. So we stayed for 2 days. Property was big, swimming pool was well maintained. Food was good. Mr. Rajesh was the incharge for food. He was extremely good and friendly. All staffs were very friendly. Good place to take photo shoot.
