Instead of thrill world campaign they sent us to different campaign hotel. I have paid for extra celebration tent decoration and cake, but the didn't celebrated my tent instead they give us some one different tent for pic that too for 10 min only. I want my refund amount,

1. After booking i called up the manager and he started shouting at me on how i dared to book the property. 2. On call he said the prices are too low and they will charge the amount they want that is rs per head. 3. They lied by saying the property is full of occupants and no space is available with them. On reaching there, we were the only ones. 4. I asked them about the security concerns, which he responded by saying "do whatever you want to do, this is what you get at such low prices"
