familyIn a country where guest is treated as god, they are charging extra for born fire. Just taking advantage of cold climate not sure if they provide sandalwood for born fire. Claiming that they have to arrange the wood even if they had it ready in their backyard. Also, no glasses to drink water House keeping is not good at all.

Very pathetic experience
familyProvided Wifi was not working properly. Washroom is too much slippery and for family we must have 2 washroom ideally but there was only one. Very first day the blanket was torn and post escalation it has been resolved but it must be checked before giving to guest.

Beautiful Villa in budget but late check-in is an issue
They told us that we can get early check-in as we have requested it before but made us wait for 4 hours and we checked in at 1:30 which was their usual time. Villa was really nice but transport is an issue. Zomato was available as well as the hotel food was really good.

Amazing experience
coupleI stayed here two days for the new year. The place is just amazing, it is at the top of the hill. You can see half of the Ooty from the top, the villa is superbly maintained, the staff is very friendly. I had an amazing time, worth staying.

Horrible first experience at Ooty
Breakfast is free but if for that you need to go for walk for 10 minutes that to hillside, if you order at room its chargeable, for each service you need to call but prompt response is not there, maybe due to seasonal holiday.

I have ordered dinner from Delightz Inn, it was too pricey and taste was very bad oily food and rice was uncooked. Property caretaker Aslam's behavior was very good and friendly.

Peaceful location.
The place is a few km away from the main city but totally worth it, since it's really serene and peaceful. Room was neat and clean. And safe parking too.
