Mattress comfort is average. Split AC works effectively but is quite noisy. Ceiling fan is in poor condition. Keypad phone was not working. Staff service does not match the resort’s claimed category. Food quality is just average. Water flow in the bathroom is poor. On the positive side, the swimming pool location and surrounding area are good, but I strongly suggest adding a heating system or making alternative arrangements to keep pool water warm in the morning.

Pool not functioning
Location was good but pool was not cleaned. Flush was not working in the washroom. Generally we booked resort due to pools only and that too not working is not a good experience.

Our room is on second floor. There is no any lift facility. It's totally waste of money. Staff nature is good but facilities aren't good. Really bad experience. I will not suggest for family stay

Beautiful property but not for very elder people
familyProperty is good in terms of location, space and environment. Food is good, rooms are spacious, good swimming pool and you will feel that you are staying in some jungle. However few things which needs attention- there are no lifts so you have to walk lots of stairs to go to the room or restaurant, rooms needs maintenance as basic things like switches, extension were not working properly in our room, room service is also slow so if you want to eat something order 30-40 min prior. Staff is really helpful.
