I booked family room for two nights, the room was clean and well maintained, the hotel staff and there service was polite and good but the water heater or keys-er takes minimum 1 hour to give heat water in the wash room and also we have to bring the drinking water. We used the room only for night stay so wee didn't bother about any other amenities or complementary things overall room was good

The hotel was good. It was actually a guest house. Rooms were clean. Receptionist was good. Near to ooty bus stand.

this hotel alone in ooty has 2 double beds which was comfortable and much affordable for us to stay with 3 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. however room size is smaller but manageable. recommend to have bright lights instead of having yellow lights.😊. suitable for family and couples at affordable cost.

I stayed in this place with my friends and our stay was nice. The hotel was on the main Road so location wise it was quite good. The room was comfortable and well maintained.

They should think about the parking area

The hotel owner should think about the parking area because the location of the hotel was in a busy place and we faced quite difficulty to Park our car. We had to Park our car outside the hotel. The hotel was a small one and the staffs were helpful. According to the facilities, it was also up to the mark.

Hotel was overpriced

The hotel was on the main Road, so the area was a little bit congested. Another issue with the hotel was there was no parking area in the hotel and it was not so child-friendly. Yet the location of the hotel was good. The room was also good and our overall experience was also satisfactory.

The bathroom was not neat. Small insects were there. Room was small and had to ask many times for basic amenities like soap, towel etc. It was not worth for the money.

The advantage of the hotel is being close to bus stop and the persons at reception are helpful. But the room is not that good to stay as a couple, the sorroundings are not good, all good restaurants are 1. 5 km away, the hotel is worth only 1500 per night

- the room didn't have ventilation. - no fan/air conditioner. - no windows, no natural light. - lighting was not adequate. - no parking. - we had to ask and wait for basic amenities like drinking water and toiletries. - the accommodation didn't justify the price in any way.
