good room and good bed stills and everything is good. sometimes the raining season rain water is coming inside the window that is a main reason drawback otherwise this good room could spaces and everything is good

The location was good but there was no cleanliness, the bathroom water tap was already broken and stinky, price was too high for this hotel

The room was not at all clean and was very dirty. Maintenance is required. The Bathroom tap handle was broken. Reception often not available.

the room was very tiny and not at all for 4+2. None of the plug points working, could not even charge the mobiles. No hot water. Worst experience overall.

The location of Times palace is perfect for planning all your sightseeing trips. It is very near to the Bus stand and railway station. The room is good and the staff of the hotel are courteous. However for basic things like soap and hot water, you need to ask to get it done.

I am booked by a 4 person room. But room is given 3 per person for staying. Time palace residency scam with us .

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. I also loved the amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I will definitely return next time I’m in town.

Worthy for money. This is located in center of city, so best place for who loves shopping by walk. We stayed here as family and felt easy to go anywhere.

- the room didn't have ventilation. - no fan/air conditioner. - no windows, no natural light. - lighting was not adequate. - no parking. - we had to ask and wait for basic amenities like drinking water and toiletries. - the accommodation didn't justify the price in any way.

Over all it was a good stay

The bathroom was not neat. Small insects were there. Room was small and had to ask many times for basic amenities like soap, towel etc. It was not worth for the money.

The hotel was good. It was actually a guest house. Rooms were clean. Receptionist was good. Near to ooty bus stand.
