Good and spacious property, reasonable price

The property allocation is good. It's nearby to major market and tourist attractions. Few of the rooms have great view. All rooms are spacious. We took a package where hitea, dinner and breakfast was included. In hitea they served tea/coffee with cookies. On our request they provided french fries as well and did not charge for it. Dinner had limited menu but food was tasty. In breakfast they had idli, paratha, medu vada and upma; everything was super tasty. The property has a spa and massage centre, play room for kids and un the evening they have bonfire with music. The property was wheelchair friendly, with only 2 small steps to the room. That too i think carrying wheelchair over those steps will be possible. For breakfast the restaurant was not wheelchair friendly, so the staff served breakfast in the room. Overall nice experience.

Excellent service and rooms are maintained very cleanly, friendly staff. Nice place to stay. The food is good but a little bit costly. Complementary breakfast is good.

The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Hotel location is very good, when we open the door you can see the mist in evening and morning in 75%. Welcome in hotel is very good, staff are very polite and check in process is quiet simple and quick. Evening parties and sports, entertainment, especially campfire with music is awesome. Morning trek in outside 500 metre with falls sound is amazing, but we could see the falls. Earlu morning we can hear the bird noice and we can see peacock. Morning breakfast taste and varietys are very good and tasty. Simply superb for family and bachelors too.

Along with friends we went to yercaud as one day trip. Somehow we had to stay that night. We searched in mm t app and found this hotel based on the criteria we selected. Initially we didn’t had much expectations on the property as well as the room. Once we checked in at 7 pm, they greeted very well, from entry to exit it was completely satisfied experience. Security helped in parking the car safely. Reception desk attended with priority. Once room is confirmed they sent two persons to carry our luggages and showed us the room. Rooms were clean, hygienic and neat. No words to express, its like first sight first like. Best hotel for couples and family. They have amenities like boon fire, tt, carom, archer, chess. Their restaurant also looked good.
