Very Clean room with all facilities and a dedicated onsite parking. 5 * Resturant and very supportive staff. in fact they guided me how to reach hotel from Dwaiki. Highly recommended hotel in Jaintia Hills

Wrong information given by hotel regarding location. It is not 6km from jowai, it is 30km from jowai

At night there was no electricity in my room for almost 3-4hours. The room was good but the service was poor.

The breakfast time mentioned at counter is 7:30 a. M, while it is served 45 minutes late and that too not a buffet but in-room with extremely limited choices.

The guest house is located near the national highway and nearby market place. Food served is good. Room is clean and hygiene maintained.

Hospitality = 5/5 hygiene = 5/5 or maybe 4. 5/5 comfort = 5/5 best thing about the room is. They provided two double beds. I have been few places and usually they provide king size bed or queen size bed and that's not comfortable when you're traveling with someone. But here i got two beds. So, really thankful to that. Food was excellent if are interesting in simple food you would definitely like it. Tables, sheet, pillow, towels everything was clean. Washrooms were fine. Really a good place to stay. Cons are. There was no life or i didn't see one. And no balcony. But the restaurant had a nice look. People were really great. Actually. There's a mistake "there was no lift" and auto correct made it "life" so, extremely sorry about that.
