The stay at the hotel did not meet my expectations. I really feel that the rooms need renovation and constant maintenance. The mattress was in a really bad condition, the pillow size was inappropriate for a sound sleep and the rooms were poorly lit with almost no ventilation. There was no exhaust fan in the washroom. The latch supposed to lock the door was misplaced. The landline that was placed to contact the housekeeping staff was not working which caused a severe inconvenience. The television was not in a working condition. The ambience of the room was not good. There was no constant supply of hot water in the bathrooms as the geyser was absent. The housekeeping staff was asking for a tip after providing each room service. While ordering the food from the hotel itself the hotel staff clearly denied several dishes that were present in the menu as they were unavailable according to them. There was no parking space available in the premises. However, i would like to appreciate the empathetic and caring nature of the owner. As on the onset of my arrival, one of my family member got a really bad stomach infection, the owner helped in providing the medication and light cooked meal. Though, i strongly believe there is a great need to emphasis on the hospitality that the hotel provides to its customer for making their stay a peace.

Owner is very polite before the booking confirmation and but as soon as booking is confirmed and free cancellation ends the owner changes tone and refuses to any request. Terrible experience. Do not recommended it to any one.

I was feeling very suffocated in the room. And the room was very strange and the staff's behavior was disgusting and the geyser in the bathroom was also faulty, no action was taken for that and another room was also not provided.

I have booked a super deluxe and a deluxe room for my family in late dc 2023, but they were just rooms neither deluxe nor super deluxe. 1. The hotel is outside the city and more away from golden temple 2. The owner was rude and unprofessional. 3. They have centralised air conditioning system but as per owner that system does cooling only not heating. 4. If centralised ac does cooling only not heating, they should pride heater but there was no heater inside any room. 5. No geysers were installed inside bathroom, for hot water you uave request owner everytime. 6. Earlier one reviewer has mentioned that western toilet sheet flap was broken that's true we also find that, i requested the owner to fix it but he didn't accomplish the task. 7. Hot water which you only get on request, comes out of tap very slowly seems r hat person may bath in a hour or two. Please don't expect hot water in evening and late night. 8. No electronic kettle, if you wish to drink hotbor luke warm water forget it. 9. Over and above this the water was chargeable. Owner even charges for water bottle not on mrp but 5 rs above mrp. I have kept that bill for future reference 10. They have installed soap and shampoo dispenser in washroom but all are empty.
