Excellent food, peaceful location, magnificent property, neat and clean rooms and courteous behavior of the Manager and staff.

Poor hygiene, not maintained, rooms were stinking, Toiletries were not available, breakfast wasn't good at all

Spacious rooms but old construction. Shower glass partition was there but of no use; shower water flows outside and create a mess near toilet and washbasin area. Only one dental kit was available whereas booking was for 2 adults. No welcome drink provided although it was mentioned while booking.

stay and amenities were fine. food is also good. but the service is not upto the marks. like, none of the inclusions offered on MMT was delivered by the team at hotel. every inclusion we have to ask for. even though some inclusion not considered like 15% discount on food services as per the booking comitment.

The reception staff helpful, large rooms. Good in the restaurant was worth the money and staff courteous.

Property is good but not maintaining properly, no bath jel they just give madimax shop. Room cleaning is average bathroom is average, food average.

Hotel is located at a prime location and is very lavishly built. I had ordered dinner which was really tasty. The rooms are spacious and set around the swimming pool giving a great sight. The amenities inside the room were all fully functional.

Resort hospitality is very good, will recommend this resort and love to visit here again. Ambience is very good.

During stayed rooms are neat and clean, and very specious. But in dining services are very very poor and also dining staff members behaviour very rude. Thanks with regards.
