Property looks totally different as compare to the pictures. The bed sheets are the whole wall or so dirty property. So dull, really bad experience never recommended to anyone.

Very worst experience. Fan is also not working. No ac remote. Full of mosquitoes. Breakfast is not free we have to pay extra amount. Please dont book this oyo

The staff was good check in was easy but the room was like not maintained the almirah had broken doors, no handwash liquid or soap in the washroom and towels. The room walls too were not maintained old paint half scraped off. And the bed was comfortable but the bedsheets were a bit dirty.

This was the worst experience which one can experience while staying in this property no response from management. Even they said to change the hotel if we are facing problems no ac working, washroom malfunctioning

At the time of check in the manager showed us yhe room. The bathroom was disfunctional. And he has no other option for that problem. He also told us to change hotel by talking to make my trip. But we were in hurry so we have to stay there.

They are not allowing us to stay in hotel. Because they said has book in wrong rate. We will not give u room in this rate. So we have paid thire xtra 400 for stay

We have reached the hotel & they asked me to check in other hotel property. The hotel property was very poor there is no cleaning in room. There is no water to drink. From the next time I will not book oyo or that hotel again.🤢

Hotel is not clean room service is also bad

The caretake was pathetic. Even being female, he was never bothered and denied stay even after confirmed booked. Make my trip services are also too much pathetic. Mmt agent was even not able to speak with hotelliers

Everything was dirty. Dirty room and washroom, lota of garbage on every floor collected in the corridors, foul smells in the room and corridors. Rude staff.

They charged us extra money to get in. Took alot time to check in. Bedsheets are not clean

You already have my complaint which has not been resolved till date. I would love if you could refund me the extra amount which i paid at the hotel at the time of check in.

Worst experience ever in gurgaon stay. Not even wanted to give single star for this property. Worst service i have seen ever. Dirty rooms, dirty toilets, no toiletries. Wifi was not working, no cable tv. Reason given that dish tv was not recharged. Worst guy to welcome you who has no sense to talk and i saw him in a sleeping position all the time in entrance of hotel. Not at all recommended.
