No amenities, very slow services and worst management. Have to ask for everything 5 times minimum. Even had to ask for basic things like towel and ac remote. Very rude staff

Hotel was good as expected only we were missing the cutlery not provided by hotel. Yes stay was good as expected but i think they have to provide cutlery to the customer and service is quite delayed but over all it was fine. Thank x mmt for deals

Hotel church house denied check in on the booking amount he was asking for more money. Then one of customer service provider swap my booking on another hotel.

paid for booking but then we are going hotel those reception manager give me 200 extra charges. Becoz hee say this for land charges any etc.

Hotel staff did not honored booking and said all rooms are booked. I had already booked 12 rooms offline rs hence i was forced to stay here. When i offered to pay additional amount (difference of offline and booking, hotel staff provided me room. It not happened to me only but happened to various other visitors also who had booked. Room service were pathetic. There were no towel in room. The intercom were missing in most of the room. One room was not having keys to lock the room. You should block this hotel in your list otherwise there will be no faith on your booking.

This was my first experience with mm t and i would say that this was my terrible experience with them. They are useless and fraud. I got denied check in at the hotel with the price i have booked with mmt, they asked me double amount which i have booked with mmt. And there was no customer support from mmt, i had tried to call their customer support agents but there was no option to connect them. I will never choose mm t again and never recommend them to any of my contact. I will escalate this thing on twitter as well so that people get to know about thier services and get saved them in advance.
