The staff was nice and cooperative. Room is neat and clean as well. But some switch and remote was not working. The biggest concern was that sensors lock was not working so we had to open the door by manual key but sometimes that wasn't working as well. My request to the hotel team that provide better condition room.

The experience at the reception there was terrible their way of speaking was very rough and not helpful at all so i think please ask them to improve their service and treat their guests better.

Room was dirty, not properly cleaned. Food was ok and staff was good but hygienic conditions were below to standard hotel of that price. Even curtains, mattresses were dirty. Showed double bed picture while booking but got twin bed.

Bedsheets and blankets are dirty. Room service is bad, and dinner is disgusting. Also, morning breakfast is like poha. They never ask us for our choice in breakfast. Terrible experience
