I paid in advance and booked the hotel but on reaching the venue hotel denied check in me in as rooms were full. Mm t helped me to get another property in an hour. It was frustrating initially but mm t took an immediate look into it and the other hotel booked was much better than original one. This was my experience

When we arrived at property, receptionist of the property deny for check in the property. He says that booking amount not fullfill our tarif by which we are not allowed to check in and he also say that your booking was forced check in by Oyo . So we couldn't not accept your booking. My booking was online paid even he don't allow me to give room. My experience was very bad when I arrived at property and he didn't give room by giving these type arguments.
