Room ac is not working, and when i said pols change my room, they deny. I said" then how can i sleep in this room? "so they said"hum kuch nahi kar skte".

I had a shocking experience at Super Townhouse OAK Hotel Shubhangan Near Juhu Beach when I was denied check-in despite having a confirmed booking in Makemytrip I arrived at the hotel at 8.pm and was told that we had booked rooms with lower price than their tariff rates had and had no availability.We waited in reception for two hours The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful,causing significant inconvenience This is unacceptable behavior from a hotel, especially one that claims to be a reputable establishment. It's clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and respect. I strongly advise others to beware of this hotel's practices and consider alternative options to avoid similar experiences.

Worst experience. Rude behaviour from staff. Booked for extra bed, hotel denied to provide any bedding and were not at all cooperative.

Wifi and tv was not working all the 3 days. No hot water and there was a rat in my room. Staff were cooperative but i didn't like the atmosphere

Had a terrible experience with the hotel. I was shifted to another hotel because they didn't have rooms in-spite of paid booking.

It was great. The staff was helpful. Ambience is good and the comfort of the bed was quite good as well. I would love to visit it again

Room condition was not so good. Instead of one mattress in queensize bed, two mattress were tied with strong belt.

The property looked nice but making a tourist wait for like 50 mins is worst. This was one of the worst experience I had. When I entered hotel they said the price for which you have booked is very less which was not my issue! They asked me to connect to oyo customer care and get the refund or change the hotel. Oyo customer care really helped but 1 hour, not fair!
