The staffs are extremely good. I have been here earlier and it's highly recommended. Only that they have added delivery charge to deliver food at doorstep which is 10% flat on your food bill.

The check in was smooth, all the staff behaviour was superb. Room and washroom were clean. Just a suggestion to add some toiletries like soap and also water. Beside everything was good.

Staffs are very helpful. Restaurants food are like 5 star restaurant in taste. But prices are very reasonable. Overall very good service in all. Whenever I will book hotel in Kolkata. I always book this hotel. It's just fantastic.
