The hotel environment was very much customer friendly but we have faced a lack of service by them. Washrooms we’re also clean but the room was small.

I booked this hotel but then later on when i reached to the hotel premise, manager told me that there is no booking in my name, so he told me to book again through walking, and then i had to call customer care for the cancellation of my previous booking, and customer care rep is not even listening for my cancellation request, such a pythatic and worst experience i ve ever had

Worst experience, booked the hotel online but when he reached to the hotel they mentioned we do not have any bookings and denied any booking. Thanks to mm t team for refunding the amount and requesting not to book this hotel.

Extra payment asked at reception

The receptionist at the Oyo hotel asked for an extra payment of 899. He said only partial payment is done. Is that so? But there was nothing mentioned in the booking. It was indeed a worse experience.

Charged Extra Money

We have paid as much booking amount as much showing on my booking billing, but still they charged extra money on reception counter, We want a room on urgent basis also we wasn't have any other option. Very bad experience😞also they charged extra money of water Ac also was not working.

Worst experience of my life

I reached the hotel at 11:50 pm, august 6 after driving for 250 km's thinking i will sleep like a log now. I was accompanying my family including senior citizen, female and children. I met 2 rude receptionist at the receptionist, who told me that i will not be allowed to check in unless i pay the extra amount of rs 840 because I've got the rooms at discounted price. I tried to explain and convince him that it does not work this way. He mentioned that is not his headache and i will have to pay no matter what. After waiting for so long, seeing my parents and children sleeping on couch. At 1:05 am i decided to pay whatever hotel is asking for. So that my family can at least get good sleep on beds as we have to leave early in morning. Hotel staff even denied to provide the receipt. I was wrong when i said good sleep. As soon as i checked in, i was welcomed by pathetic stinky rooms, dirty bed sheets and unhygienic washrooms, no toiletries available, ac not working. It was entirely different and smaller from what was shown. This was definitely a nightmare for me. And i did not expect this coming. This hotel definitely does not deserve to be in hospitality sector.

When we reached then hotel owner demand extra money for check-in after that we objected his staff forbidden for check in if we did not pay 200 extra from that amount already paid at the time bookinh

When i was booking my payment then why should hotel diamond manager or receptionist asking me for more money Gst and other charges That 10 to 15 more customers came and they have taken extra 200-300 ₹ 500 extra. If we are booking from the hotel then why are we being charged other than that money?

Hotel is not recommended for stay purpose. This is not clean, rooms are small, services are bad, location is not good, it does not worth more than rs 450 a day.
