It's very nice and peaceful place on good location and accommodate with all facilities. It's very neat and clean property with the approach of friendly staff.

The room was good and service was also good but in the mornig my stay includes breakfast. But hotel staff denied to give breakfast they said we have menu card on the desk you can order from their. After little argue with the staff they said to show booking conformation of stay with breakfast. When i show. He said ill provide you. I order bread toast and aalu paratha. I order at around 10 am at around 11. 45 they give the order only 1 aalu paratha. When i call to reception where the rest item he said we only provide for one not for two.

No elevator in the hotel, despite rooms being available on the lower floor, we were given the top floor as we had a longer stay. Took the room with breakfast and paid for 4 breakfasts, but on the contrary, no breakfast was made available when requested : reason given by hotel : shortage of staff. Mmt, as always, could not help at the right time as the mm t executives have no power they are just mute puppets with no service industry knowledge. Last but not least, rooms were full of mosquitos, and no provision was provided for the mosquito repellent. The security guard was assigned as a bell boy also who will come to help if he feels like. At the end, horrible stay. Stay away.
