this hotel is a scam. firstly, the hotel manager doesn't provide a room and forces you to cancel your booking so that he can sell the same room for a higher price. i didn't fall for that and contacted customer care upon which he provided a room which is not less than a garbage yard. please do not book at this hotel. and I don't understand why this Oyo is still partnered with some crappy property
