We had a really good time at toyam property by orchid hotels. Food was really good taste quality and price wise. Room was neat and clean can be kept more clean the balcony area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would like to visit again.

The stay was amazing. The place is peaceful and has mesmerizing surroundings. The food is good, the service is even better. The property is well designed and the room was also luxurious. Overall the stay was amazing and also provides state of the art spa services.

The property is good with some mesmerising view. The hotel rooms are big and beautiful. But the food is pathetic. It is way too oily, too much red chilly, poorly managed catering. No buffet arrangements even after having paid for buffet meals. Unnecessary delays. Some food items from the ala cart e menu also not available. Too much oily food. If they want to do well, they need to get a new chef. Food and catering( serving) is a big disappointment for a great stay like this.

Prices are at higher side. Food is average. Need more sports or other activities otherwise kids would get bored. Overall i didn't find it as good as per my expectations what i perceived from mmt or google ratings.

The resort lacks value for money ! there was no liquor available with some flimsy reasoning ! service was horribly slow. ! had booked based on whatever being seen in photos, the highest cost stay cottage but found otherwise and quite disappointed

Well appointed rooms but again needs a lot of car about smaller things like water pressure in showers etc etc staff is untrained, good chef but over stretched. Hard rock path ways leading to all rooms is annoying as pool is on base level. Common pool bathrooms need to reflect a standard - very basic. Shower not working at pool side. Approach road in horrible state
