Review Of Tranquil Valley Resort

It is a homestay and not a resort as marked. Ao no food choices or other things you expect in a resort. The hosts are as any privately owned homestays are friendly. The rooms are near n tidy too.

The home stay is hosted by a husband and wife. The ability to understand what is professional service is the gap they have. They do what they can to there best ability. I want to stop it at here.

Breakfast to be paid can be improved with variety. Rest are ok for the price

We stayed there for 3 days. The rooms were good and so is the property. Location wise it is quite far from major attractions, but since we had our own vehicle it wasn't a major concern. Pros: - good rooms - we were allowed to use the kitchen to cook a light breakfast for ourselves cons: - upon asking for tv, we were told that due to covid, they have not recharged the connection since it would be expensive. - no water bottles were given for the first two days. When asked for one on the 3rd day, we were told a group that checked out in the morning took the entire stock with them. We were asked to purchase it from the store that was close by. Upon confronting that mm t mentions provision of mineral water, we were asked to adjust with tap water. The host's husband (quite a polite person) later came and handed over two bottles. The wife came and informed that we'll be charged rs. 20 for this. Before i could say anything the husband gestured something in malayalam to her and they went away. - upon arrival we asked for someone to help us get our luggage to the room. We were told we've stopped doing so due to covid which sounded irrational. Later they did help us get our luggage to our room. - no food was available due to non-availability of a cook. Overall the good experience was overshadowed by the moments of clumsiness shown by the host.

The host didn't check the temperatures of guests and no sanitizers available in common areas. Host saw mentioning covid subject only on requesting second-day room cleaning which they said due to covid they clean only after check out of a guest. It is a terrible unacceptable reason for guests staying in their property for more than a day. Also, the host managed to offer smaller rooms to guests and keep big rooms shown as a reserve. I was offered a standard room on an argument and when I tried to reach mmt support they had enough rooms to accommodate us.

Nice and quite hotel with beautiful view and nice staff. Really good dinner (better to order at advance because they make it special for you).

Not in a great location, but it's got a great Valley view. The hospitality was great where the staffs and the host was very helpful. Though the property is small their service is top notch, felt like they are ready to serve you. I opted room with breakfast and there was no big varieties of menu, however the food they served was fresh and delicious South indian cuisine. They also did helped with planning the sightseeing route.

Initially the Hotel refused about our booking to that Hotel. The agent took us to a different lower rated hotel. We stayed there for one day. Second day we moved to the same hotel. It is a very bad experience when I am unable to stay on a hotel what I have
