Property Location is very good and it is just 15 min drive from Airport. the Stay was value for money and they also have Pick & Drop Facility from Airport

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding — they really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay!

This hotel is a genuine,trusted one .Budget friendly .very polite staff behaviour. I came for durga puja and it feels like a home .

I stayed here due to my office visit to Kolkata & found out that it's a very nice hotel with a beautiful as well as a clean room. Also the service provided by d front desk guy is excellent.

The behaviour of staff was really nice. But the hotel ambience was quite off , and they charged too much for this hotel . They don’t provide any foods, restaurants is also not available.

I didn't stay at this hotel after seeing the rooms. it was totally dirty, smelled horrible....ants were seen on the bed and wall. I couldn't even cancel it. For the first time I was dissatisfied by Make my trip bookings. I informed them but I was not able to click any pics of the rooms as the owner behaved so badly when I wanted to take photos and I couldn't receive a refund etc.

Good accommodation with clean room and toilet. Helpful staff and manager. Prompt airport pick and drop service. Wifi connection was a bit slow. Price is a little higher.
