Cozy rooms with helpful staff who were intent on calling me every few hours because we had landed late and were travelling in the night. You might have heard this in other reviews but the wood fired pizza we had, pork pepperoni, was lit 🔥

The rooms are nicely done, a hygienic washroom with hot water availability. The restaurant serves nepalese, tibetan and italian cuisine which is mouthwatering and 5 stars to the chef. Special mention for the staff, it was an experience i would want to come back to and would recommend viewers also to experience india mandala

Very nice staff. Hotel manager atanu, reception people ashish and sunita were very nice. Restaurant folks siddhanth and others were very nice. Service was very good. Restaurant food was very good quality.

Positives - beautiful hotel, new place, lovely hospitality, wood fired pizzas negatives - skimpy american breakfast ( still can be ignored because of their overall friendliness ), really far from gangtok market / city - takes 400-500 rupees more to get a cab from market to hotel. Overall a 4. 8/5

Flawless hotel with impeccable service and food. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all of your requests. The food and beverage is top notch. Tibetan and Newari cuisine at the restaurant Lasha Newar is delish! the highlight was the handmade wood fire pizza. Thanks to Chef Tshewang and his team. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone visiting Gangtok. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit a wonderful experience.

Our favorite stay in sikkim

This tastefully designed hotel became our favourite during our week long sikkim holiday. Grandly designed in newari styled architecture as explained by the helpful owner. It hosts all modern amenities and super friendly service. Views from our room window were spectacular, especially at dusk. Not to forget their amazing inhouse restaurant lhasa newer. Our kids enjoyed their hand tossed wood fired pizzas along with some tasty local snacks. Can't wait to be back again for our summer break.

The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing. The hotel provides an atmosphere of tranquility. I really liked the amenities. The staff was really kind and willing to attend to any request. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would prefer to stay again the next time we visit gangtok.

one of the best hotels in the city by far.the ambience was marvellous and the view from the room was amazing😍…wow! all the facilities were even better than expected.the experience was worth every single penny and more. just amazing!😍 the whole vibe out there during our visit was authentic.the cuisines offered in the restaurant were mouth watering.🤤great service, well trained staff…all are very polite and helpful and would definitely visit again. thank you indra mandala hotel!🙏
