Definitely a good recommendation!
It was an overall excellent stay. The rooms are very nice, well maintained, amenities are also quite good and the staff's customer dealing is very good. The only minor gripes I had were: 1. My room door knob took a bit of effort to unlock. 2. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly unless shut with a proper thud. 3. And the place needs better signage.

Excellent location. Comfy rooms.
Location is very good. Close to lal bagh. Neatly maintained rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Poor Stay
1. Room was smelly when we entered (we entered late because of flight). I was told it was the cleaning/detergent 2. no towels were provided 3. we had to ask for toothbrush/shaving set 4. no coffee bags in the bar in the room and not enough tea bags Basically either lack of management or lack of experience

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to travel in other parts of banglor as well as to the train station. Terrible Stay
MMT had mentioned that 2 hours of late check-out is allowed. However at the property they said that checkout is to be done before 11 AM else they will remove the luggage on their own. This is not acceptable.

The room which was provided in online booking was not 150 sqft, it was 80 sqft for me, its toilet was very small & the shower was kept closed, it was a very bad experience

Though we checked in late into the hotel we had time till 1 subject to availability for for late check they said even when the room was empty no one booked he dint let use that it would be better if hotels keep check in and check out timings after the check in is done
