good location, ok food, bad washroom.
Rooms are not up to standard. No hot water in washroom. Water stays on floor, no proper drainage in washroom. Issue with complimentary drinking water. Looks like different water given if charged vs complimentary. Western style pot seat is too high (I am 5.8 and after sitting on seat, my foot was 3 inches in air)-totally absurd

Poor Stay
Room was drained with AC water, breakfast was terrible, only poori and Chole ki sabji, papaya , sandwiches. There should be some more breakfast.

Below Average
Stained sheets, dusty floors, and a weird smell. Clearly not thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Bathrooms are dirty and poorly maintained. Only redeeming quality was the food. Breakfast had good quality. Dirty rooms and bad service ruined the stay. Avoid unless they fix these issues.

Terrible Stay
very bad experience , staff are cooperative and cleanness is zero , bathroom was stinking and cleaness is zeo , food was not good like price. no with vegetarian food.

Poor Stay
Basic needs like shower shop were missing, food quality was poor, worker behavior was not service-oriented, and the mini refrigerator was non-functional with no light. Overall, considering the price, it did not feel worth it.

Poor Stay
It was raining heavily when I arrived at the station and hence asked for a pickup. The manager agreed so I didn't book a cab but he made me walk in the rain for 200 mtrs and I was soaking wet when I reached him. He came in a scooty to pick which was very unprofessional. It was 12 am at night. We reached the hotel completely wet. The bedsheet and washroom was strained and looked very untidy. There was no complimentary tea/coffee near the electric kettle. The breakfast time was written 8 to 11 am but it closed at 10 am. The breakfast option is negligible. There was no juice, in the fruit section there was only banana cut. Overall for the price I paid it was not even worth half the price. They really need to improve the quality of everything.

Bad experience
businessThere were small cockroaches running around the room and washroom. The linens didn't look fresh. The commode very old and stained. Had very very bad experience. I had booked it as it was treebo group which is quite reputed

Good Stay
Pros - 1) Excellent location of the Hotel. Just 5 minutes walking distance from Railway Station. Hotel located on the main road. 2) Hotel Staff are extremely Cordial & helpful. I wanted to change my Room. They changed the Room without hesitation. 3) Foods are Good and Cost- effective. 4) Overall, the Hotel is clean and maintained hygiene. Cons - 1) It seems the hotel is a bit Old and needs renovation. Also, Rooms needed renovation. 2) Don't have much of an assortment in the Buffet Breakfast.

Excellent Stay
Spacious rooms, washrooms(with bath tub) and big beds. A proper luxury stay. I would recommend treebo archie to anyone visiting ranchi, who’s looking for spacious clean rooms at affordable prices.

Very bad experience with the hotel. (1) geyser was not working for both the rooms (2) lift was not working all the time (3) breakfast was not good quality (4) hotel manager was very rude (5) for 3 hours extra stay they have taken whole room charges for 1 day

Experience is average 😐 considering the hotel charge
The hotel's condition is satisfactory, however, the linens do not meet the standards displayed by Treebo. Additionally, the washroom amenities and breakfast options are below par. The breakfast spread consists solely of one type of cut fruit and bread, without the availability of jam or butter. While the staff is satisfactory and the hotel's exterior is acceptable, significant improvements are necessary in terms of amenities and breakfast offerings.
