Nice hotel to stay
we stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were clean. and food is good. staff is friendly.Treebo is accepting booking for 3 persons including children. we have 2 kids they charged extra for that.

attender sanjay was very good person with smiling and welcoming nature but services of hotel not justified price should upgrade their services otherwise all things was good

very worst experience, very poor service not a single customer was available in hotel, no water no food

Good Stay
Location and behaviour of staff is excellent.But the facilities for the given amount is not in the stay.Breakfast provided for the guest was only for the name sake - complimentary breakfast.

Ooty holiday feedback
Place is more of dharamshala with limited food options at the premises. It’s located interior far off from the main market so exploring outside food for dinner is big challenge. Had to rely on swiggy for my dinner options. Afternoon tea gets served post 630 evening time as their chef comes post 1830. Was shocked to know this when i placed an order for afternoon tea at 430 afternoon time. Service is big let down and clumsy. Overall bad experience. For regular make my trip customer like me, it was truly nightmarish experience in comparison with my previous bookings from mm t.

Worst hotel i have ever visited.
I spent two nights at treebo atithi bhavan. The quality of service was very poor. No proper facilities. Even after paying, they ask extra amount (2k) for bonefire. Breakfast was included along with the package, in which they provided 2idlis, but the owner collected extra money for extra idlis. Overall experience was very bad and worst. There are very few members of at the hotel for room service and other stuff. No time management, as they provided dinner around 10pm. I wouldn't recommend others to spend time in ooty at such disgusting place for that price. Very upset as this is total waste of money.

Not a place for leas-ant stay
I stayed at treebo athidi bhavan two days. Overall i feel safe place to stay with family but it is not great hotel and worth to pay more than 2k. I booked room assuming it is treebo directly managed hotel but it is not as hotel seems to using treebo brand. So in summary treebo and hotel owner both fooling customer. I paid 4k per day but it is not worth at all. No room service and even for water i uv to go down to restaurant and pick on very height cost and same thing with food as well with long waiting for more than a hour. Hosptiality is not great. Room is good and hygiene but missing with basic amenities like hot water comes only in one tap and toilet flush not working and no scenic view at all. Food is not at the quality of prices they charging. Overall i say if you are getting the room for 2k per day it is ok to consider. In conclusion i would say hotel owner taking treebo brand and treebo is simply taking brand charges without doing any proper checks or audit. I would say it is treebo mgmt issue rather hotel.

Difficult to find this property. There is no any facilities. They didn’t gave any complimentary water . I asked then hotel guy said dring tap water which was connected with washbasin. Rooms are very cheap. I paid rupees for a room and room condition was like only 1000-1500 rupees only. Old property, My experience was very bad.

soloNice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent.
