Wonder stay with mesmerising views of koyna valley! the resort sits right on the edge of a valley, it’s quite a windy affair at night but you’ll get used to it in a day. Food was great, the owners and staff were friendly and helpful! there’s no network available here except bsnl cellone, wifi is on and off so be prepared when you come here. Otherwise you won’t miss it because of the nature views.

I have experienced the best sunset here throughout my life. Nice and cozy place, extraordinary and beautiful balcony view, spacious and clean room. We have been hosted by very welcoming and kind heart-ed family. Overall i had best experiences.

Property offers the best view from all rooms. It is one of best choice to stay away from crowd and enjoy the privacy. All room balconies get open to panaromic valley view. The host and care taker makes you feel at home and provides the best service. They arranged bonfire on request(chargebale. How to reach : you may lost with network and google maps may not help you 3 kms before the property. Just look for ghatge patil restaurant on you left and you will spot the sign board of property on right opposite. Suggest to reach property by noon to observe the sunset from your balcony. (you don't need to struggle with crowd as like at tourist spot)

Very much very much it was a great stay i party with my family friends i love the food i like the chicken kabab very much the view was nice the swimming pool is very good dinner was delicious.

We covered in a day mahabaleshwar locations and reached here in the late evening. Checked in everything was comfortable. Staff services, rooms with valley view is really amazing from room. Liked it.

The view was mesmerizing. No matter it was off season but the place is still beautiful and peaceful. The property is at the edge and very amazing view from each room. The food could have been better. Will visit again soon

Rooms are good, spacious. View from the hotel is nice but location is far away from city. No network in the locality but hotel provides wifi.

The property is located around 15kms away from mahabaleshwar. . Away from human habitat. The view from the property was awesome. Rooms are spacious in a newly constructed building with good food. It was a solo trip where i had booked a room with breakfast and dinner. Had a misunderstanding with the hotel manager as no information was provided by treebo to the hotel on the same.

Owner madam manager ram and vijay were too good. Very helpful. As well arya were taking care of us very well. Food options were limited. Quite bored with no variety. Rooms with balcony were booked for view but those were closed. So paying high for valley view was useless. But overall average stay but the location was inside.

Hotel was good, room was clean. However service was very bad. Wifi has been not given after multiple request, it took 1hr for tea order and smaller orders to serve. There were only 2 staff people available.
