Pros: neat & clean room 4/5 nearer to airport 4/5 cons: food & restaurant place 1/5 : mob, brooms are laying on steps and : used blankets are kept openly make us frowns

I was not as per the norms for a hotel chain. First they gave me the room whose ac was not working then i shifted my room, the other was very dirty. Wifi is not working on the first day. Breakfast given was very normal.

Location was excellent, how ever in room washroom door not closing properly, a/c remote not working, towel, shampoo, dental kit, soap not provided. Food test was good need hot food and variety of food. Even they are not able to serve omelette in breakfast.

1. Room condition: the room was poorly maintained with stains on the walls and a musty smell. The bed linens were not clean, and the bathroom had mold in the corners. This was far from the standard i expected. 2. Service quality: "the service was disappointing. The staff was unresponsive to requests, and it took multiple calls to get basic amenities like towels and toiletries. It seemed like they were understaffed and overwhelmed" 3. Cleanliness: cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. The room and common areas were dirty, and the housekeeping was subpar. There was dust everywhere, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. 4. *food quality: "the food quality at the hotel was extremely poor. The breakfast options were limited, and the food served was cold and tasteless. I ended up eating outside most of the time.

The photos are quite good -but in reality the room set up is below average. First thing - when two rooms are booked by the same party - they did not give them together and gave one room each on first and third floor. NoTeepoy or movable coffee table in the room. Only one plastic chair provided. Bath water stagnates in the bathroom. No choice of items in breakfast - which was arranged in a dirty manner. I got so desperate and moved out and had breakfast besides. Maximum 800-1000/- Rs per night is only the worth of this hotel.

The hotel denied access since the guest is of sri lankan citizen. I should get the full refund as per the hotel person. I called mm t at least six times for the refund but couldn't get any satisfactory resolution.

Dirty rooms, poorly maintained and no attention to the customer. I asked for iron press but never got it. Followed up and then they just disconnected the call. They do not clean the room until you ask for it. Did not change the bedsheets. Bedsheet had stains on it from previous use.

Firstly there was no board and it was difficult to identify the property. The room was full of cockroaches and same with bathroom finally bed was bad as well with torn pillow covers and stains this is a worst hotel and recommend mm t to remove from portal
