The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The hotel is few kms away from indroda park.

Vedika happy valley is just few kms away from the hotel, a very good tourist attraction to visit. Hotel location is good, food quality is also good, but tv was not working the only issue i faced.

The bedroom and area are clean, but the bathrooms have a slight yellow colour inside, remaining are good bathrooms contain all material needed like soap and handwash and gel the lack of a hair dryer is there.

The managers behaviour was not good. Things that were mentioned in the hotel booking description were not provided at actual.

Below is my feedback 1- hotel rooms were not properly clean. Bedsheets & blankets were dirty. 2- we booked a hotel room with breakfast. But when asked the hotel service they said the restaurant is closed & is not working. I paid extra for breakfast & didn't get it 3- car parking was also an issue due to the hotel location. I feel it was not that safe as it was parked on the hotel front 4- the price was too high looking at the hotel rooms, location & service i need my refund back for my hotel stay

Apart from ac in the room which works fine. There is nothing else which is working. Basic like tv, kettle, restaurant, bell boy. All were missing. Breakfast is only 2 items, pathetic and got from outside.

The washroom was not clean and asked for a toilet roll several times, then only the staff helped. The tv was not working, staff said they will send someone to set, but no one came. Breakfast not served as mentioned while booking.
