The washroom is not clean

The washroom could have been cleaner. The bed is comfy but the food is way too expensive, staff are polite and helpful.

Average hotel with poot maintenance

Hotel was not upto mark, maintenance was very poor. Not suitable for family traveling because rooms are so compact

Below average hotel which is nicely located

Room was okay okay, but the toilets and lift would make you feel like you are in government hospital. Broken toilet seats, pan and gutka spitted, broken tiles were the highlight. Photos doesn't give the true picture. Location of the hotel was good. Hotel needs a renovation for sure.

Rooms and bedding were not clean, blanket was completely covered in yellow stains, service was very late. We ordered tea and they took 40-45 minutes to deliver

I along with my friends roamed in the streets of agra at midnight for hours. I need a call back from top authorities and refund for this worst experience. I don't need your discount. Will recommend to not to go to this hotel. Following are the feedback 1- the location of the hotel was not updated properly, which took us 2hrs to search for the hotel. Also the no updated for treebo hotel was not responsive 2- the services were terrible at the hotel. They did not gave the water bottle till the checkout time. Ac and tv was not working. 3- cleanliness was not proper the the room and washroom. 4- towels were very bad 5- for breakfast one has to wait for 1hr. They prepare parathas one by one for all the guests, so everyone has to wait for minimum 1hr.

worst experience

we had a very bad experience. room was very small . the t.v's were not working .there was no fan in the room . bathroom was very small and dirty . our breakfast was included in the package and our experience was bad . ( everything was bad ) 😔
