Poor Hygiene Please Avoid
Infested with Bedbugs and cockroaches are found dead every where Stayed here as it was a last minute plan.

bed was making noise.... I didn't get a shower cap there... I have paid for breakfast but quality was very bad .... no one can eat...

It was good. A nice decent experience, the food was actually good and i did enjoy the experience. Starting i did have few issues but then the management did work on it very good.

Need good food quality
No proper Breakfast options. Had to ask for amenities. Need to for comfortable on bed. Need to have more quick response with staff

Excellent Stay
The location is great...one of the good areas of pune, staff is helpful and cooperative....great hygiene and perfect stay.....just one thing they can improve on their breakfast.

Poor Stay
Poor service, I asked them 3 to 4 times to clean the room and change bed sheets but they did not clean and didn’t change bed sheets,I was there for two days and I asked them for sugar but they did not give me sugar for tea, rubbish service.

I had an absolute wholesome experience. The room was cozy, clean and well equipped with all the essentials, a comfortable bed, electric kettle. The staff was attentive, always ready to assist with anything.

rooms are big but cleanliness is an issue. tea pot were very dirty.. bathroom was very dirty lots of mud was there. tv remote not working.

Good infra but need service
- Nice room maintained at treebo standard - pillow cover wasn't fresh and so is the bedsheet - location looks interior, but is upcoming locality - Hot water only in the morning after 7.00am i.e. limited time. - What if I want to go out at 7.00am? ... and evening shower??? - Toilet seat displaced and Handjet on ground with holder and screws lying in bathroom- no basic maitenance - Service basics need attention and training.

Comfortable stay and good hotel
Nice and quiet place. Location is good and has all facilities and shopping nearby. Food options are available in plenty and all are a walking distance away.
