Amazing stay ! Only problem was the electricity got cut off many times for several minutes almost daily :) Staff is nice !

excellent room service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was superb, and the kitchen facilities were a nice bonus. Only downside was Bengaluru's traffic:rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:, but the location was convenient for transit and attractions

Poor Stay

The room was full of cockroaches and was not maintained properly. The free breakfast was from a nearby restaurant, which i did not like it. I had checked out one day before my actual checkout as they failed to provide me with another room

Room was neat and clean. Bathroom cleanliness was also maintained well. Provided all necessary facilities and amenities like Ac, TV, wardrobe, free wifi, branded toiletries and there was a sofa chair and coffee table available in my room.

Hotel has a lounge and in house restaurant. The staff were very helpful and there were facilities available for guests with disabilities also. Room service was on time. Restaurant food was amazing.
