The hotel is just 7 kms from thiruvananthapuram international airport and 500 mts from railway station which makes it nearer to all transit points. The hotel wifi was good and staff made our stay very comfortable. Also there was a coffee table in our room.

I stay along with my family room was spacious and staffs are nice and well behaved. It's situated near railway and main bus stand also lots of eatery and hotels available in walkable distance both veg and non veg, in decloud 9 only breakfast is available it was tasty but only limited menu every thing goes smooth and comfortable

Very good atmosphere. A sweet home away from home. Rooms are very good and spacious. Easy to reach from central railway station and ksrtc bus station. Good service, pleasing mannar.

There are many tourist spots nearby the hotel like sreepadmanabha swami temple which 1. 7 kms away. Many nearby restaurants are available like sharmas punjabi dhaba also there is chalai market about 1 km from hotel. Perfect location of hotel.

You can get hotel rooms with better facilities at a cheaper rate in thiruvananthapuram. Complimentary breakfast is not up to standard.

I had booked a double room. But it is too small for two people ( given the rate) in trivandrum, you can find better hotels at a lesser rate. There were not even two chairs in a double room. At the reception, the staff is not very keen to help you with instructions. I had to ask them about breakfast and wifi. Also, there are no instructions about the ac or anything and we have to go to this unprofessional reception staff again and again. There was a loose contact where the key had to be inserted to activate the electricity connection. They gave an extra piece of plastic to insert along with the keycard. When i asked for an alternate room which is good for two people, they did not have one. My fellow traveller took another room since this was enough only for one person. I hope the hotel takes necessary steps to improve the situation.

Location is good. But 1st problem arise in check in the hotel. Behavior off staff is very bad. Continuously threatening. And lastly complimentary breakfast is worst.
