I appreciated the laundry services available at hotel treebo trend eeshan rod-hi resort, which made it easy to freshen up my clothes during my stay. It was a convenient feature that added to the overall comfort.

We stay here once a year at least for special events when we don’t want to drive home. Staff is always friendly. Very clean. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything.

Location of the hotel is very poor. Bathrooms in the room was very dirty and badly smell. Water was not proper in bathrooms. Manager’s behaviour was very bad. Over and all we have paid 46000 for this property but this price was very overpriced. We are not satisfied with this deal through mm t

We ask manager to carry our luggage to the room but he said we have to carry it our self. Washroom flush, jet spray was not working. There were no napkins. Breakfast was worst ever. Attitude of the manager & his assistant was intolerable. 1st class property with worst class management and experience. At this amount 1 can find so many better options in darjeeling.
