It's decent. Can't expect more for the price and the location it is situated in. The building has 3 levels of business, of c the shanti sagar which is quite popular, followed with the party hall in the first floor and treebo rooms in the other floors. Rooms are new hence would feel nice, but has to be maintained well to keep up to the demand in coming days

Perfect location. Superb service good breakfast. Paper masala dosa would be preferable. Bedroom size superb bathroom was small. Would prefer a larger bathroom.

Property is very neat. Staff are well behaved. Location is good. But there is no variety in breakfast, which can be improved. Though, worth the price.

The hotel is a new property, about 2-3 months old. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous. The housekeeping staff are new and needs to be further trained. Complimentary breakfast was also fine. The facility of a complimentary early check-in and late check-out is there and this is commendable. Only issue for a person like me, who needs the support of a walking stick, is the entrance. The entrance to the reception is by way of a flight of steps in the middle of the car ramp. There is no provision for a railing for support. An alternative entrance from the ground floor staircase is possible and needs to be looked into.

New property with poor service

Convinient for transportation availability. Very small rooms. Poor tv and net facility. Poor room service. Room attendents are not alert and taking good care of rooms after customer leaves. Found wet towel of guest after checkout in cupboard. Fount water filled body wash in place of gel. Found exaust fan not connected in washroom which is barely for one person. Though property is new the care taking is poor. Need to remind basic amenities like tv and wifi. Location good service poor

The property doesn’t have a proper parking, it’s the foot path area where we have to park the vehicle and bathroom is not well maintained and they don’t have proper stand for the tissue paper which becomes wet after we have a shower
