Rooms were hygienic and the staff was very cooperative. Property is situated at walking station to main tourist attractions such as white town and promenade beach. Worth the money

The stay was good. Staff was friendly and the breakfast they provided was good. Initially the water bottle was not kept but once informed immediately they provided the bottle too. Got space to park my scooty too.

The hotel is incredibly clean and breakfast facility is awesome. Good location - near to rock beach only 5 mins walk, near to railway station only 5 mins walk. Would have rated 5 if the attendants were up to the mark, while asking for water refill they were always hesitant and did not respond in time, rather they are doing argument because of asking them for drinking water.

Location very good. Quite far from beach. Four bedding room was good but single bathroom. Size was big. Bathroom was not very clean. Lot of cockroaches in room and washroom. I would say overpriced.

Pros: spacious room for 4 with 2 separate bathrooms, the ac is good, bathrooms are clean, room service is good, reasonable location in buss y st, beach is accessible though about a km away. Cons: the walls filter in all noise from neighboring rooms, if you're sensitive to sound you'll find this very irritating. The breakfast is average can be better. Hot water is unpredictable. Overall: good for a quick stay, basic.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel and would like to share my experience. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay with a few areas that could be improved. One of the highlights of the hotel was its excellent location. It was conveniently situated in a central area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access public transportation. This was definitely a plus point for travelers looking for convenience and easy navigation. The pricing of the hotel room was reasonable and offered good value for the money. It provided a budget-friendly option without compromising on comfort. I appreciated the affordability and felt that it was a fair deal considering the amenities provided. The hotel served a decent breakfast that helped kicks-tart the day. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste. While it may not have been extravagant, it provided a satisfactory start to the day. On the downside, the service at the hotel was average. Although the staff was polite, i found the service to be lacking in certain aspects. It seemed that there was room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and attentiveness to guest needs. One aspect that disappointed me was the delayed check-in process. Despite the stated check-in time being 12 pm, i encountered a delay and had to wait until 1. 30 pm to get access to my room. This wait time was longer than expected and affected my initial impressions of the hotel. In summary, the hotel had a good location and offered competitive pricing, making it an attractive choice for travelers. The breakfast provided a decent start to the day, but the service could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, addressing delays in the check-in process would greatly contribute to guest satisfaction.

Overall room size was great. Ac was good. But we toilet was not upto the mark. Plus at night big rodents were running through ceiling and was making noise, which was not making sleep comfortable.

Hotel is being described having a city view, there's no view. Ac was not working properly. Breakfast was not good. They don't have restra. Staff was co-operative though. There's no mini bar in the room. Overpriced.
