Average Stay
The property felt very basic. I felt the water in pool was not clean. Also when we ordered food which the hotel had tie ups with was unhealthy. Behaviour of the staff was good. Room was clean.

Excellent Stay
The stay was wonderful well clean room and toilets and we take 6 peoples with 3 room all room are very good and amazing swimming pool and very good reception ladie we go every month there for enjoying swimming pool with friends and very good breakfast section

Excellent stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the staff. The rooms, complete with breakfast, were reasonably priced and well-appointed. Given its proximity to Kochi airport, I'd say it's an excellent option. A notable highlight was the hotel's honesty and integrity. When we accidentally left a mobile phone in the room, the staff promptly returned it to us before we departed. Such exemplary service speaks volumes about the hotel's commitment to its guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to others, especially since it lived up to the expectations set by our prior recommendations. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service

Poor Stay
I used to stay at golden terminal before also. This is my fifth stay here and this time it felt really miserable. Cleanliness has go down below every level. Toilets are having vomit stains, strong odour from the bathroom reaching the bedroom was very unpleasant. Not choosing this anymore.

Excellent Stay
The reception staff very friendly, fast and obliging. Great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Value for money. Feel at home during stay
This was by far the best hotel i stayed in kerala during my trip. Located 5 minutes from the airport, friendly staff, good food at breakfast and the rooms and bathroom are more like 4 star hotel. Highly recommend if you plan to stay for night in cochin before going to munnar or other touristic location

familyIt's proximity to the airport was the main consideration for my choice of this hotel - very closeby. Staff is polite and helpful. Room was very good- one double bed and additional single bed. Very spacious room ! unfortunately we could not enjoy the hospitality completely as we checked in the evening and checked out very early to catch our morning flight from nedumbassery airport. The hotel could do with a local kitchen facility though - the food comes from outside and takes at least 30-40 minutes. But choice of food and also the taste, is good. The tariff for the room is quite high - could be a little more reasonable.
