Poor Stay
It is a really bad experience there... How many things should I complain about? The cleaning? The washroom? The hand faucet? The curtain? The Staff way of treating? And most importantly THE MATTRESS AND BED SHEET... The ridiculous thing is the mattress, they provide 4 pieces of 3×6 mattress on the bed.

it was okhayish...not good enough, location of property is pretty bad, services were fine, over all infra could be better.

Average Stay
It was okay not too bad not too good. As compared to other hotels, the place was clean, but cannot say it super clean. Room was average sized, a bit small, but I also took the budget room. the hotel is situated in a busy area, you can get an auto easily there but the surroundings are not clean. but the metro and other amenities are close by.

worst hotel I have seen in my life...it seems like dharmshala. toilet was very dirty,smelly,old.short circuit also there in bathroom

Great hospitality!
Great hospitality from the staff. I had requested for an early check in which was provided by them. The location is good, easily accessible from TCS ion zone and Metro. Thank You very much!

Nice stay
Clean and good rooms with greater facilities and amenities. The TV was also working and room service was also good.

my stay experience great. staff behaviour was good and polite and were ready to cooperate for everything. they also provided electric kettle and tea and coffee, sugar sachets to make them. ordered dal tadka and tawa roti at night and it tasted nice.

Room service is pathetic, had to change rooms multiple time due to water heater fault. Plug points do not work. They do not provide tissue papers and say if you eat outside food e will not provide tissue papers. Poor food quality ate one day only. Frequently change the breakfast between room service and buffet without prior information. One day i requested to serve my breakfast in room instead of buffet, they asked for extra charges. Frequent power cut in the hotel during my stay. Provides only 1 littre of package drinking water per day. Very old property, stains in bathroom.

Very short room, ac was not working properly. Leaky kettle, my leg got burnt due to that, over all poor maintenance. Only food is good.

soloRoom has TV, AC, intercom to communicate sith with staff , wardrobe, work desk and chair etc. Guest can request for heater when necessary. Botanic garden of Indian republic is 6.4 km, noida film city is 9 km and Ion digital zone is 2km from hotel.

soloHotel is neat and clean. It is 8 kms from botanical garden bus stand and 10 km from ghaziabad railway station and 35 kms from indira gandhi international airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed linen quality can be improved.

The room was too small. The bed was very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Food was extremely poor, but breakfast was average. Location is easily locatable. Services is good.
