The hotel was good, the rooms were spacious even the bed were comfy with neat washroom, treebo being one of the good hotel chains never disappoints. We really enjoyed our trip, this was the best trip.

Great stay

It’s a very nice property which has all the necessary facilities. Behavior of staff is very good specially hotel manager mr. Suresh is a very nice person and take care of our all needs. Food is also very good. They have plenty of options in breakfast.

Quaint downtown hotel with super friendly staff and beautifully clean rooms. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food!

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!

Generally, the hotel was above expectation. Congrats! food was good fresh and on time. The new rooms were tastefully done and renovated. The hotel will be returned to its former glory.

The staff was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Peaceful and clean location

This hotel has clean and nice room. The hotel staff is good. In house food is also good. Just 5-10 minutes drive to hear ki pauri parking.

The location and room size were good. Linen was bad. Room had no tv. Washroom was badly equipped and dusting in room was horrible.

They were not providing cold water in scorching summer heat and also mentioned that they dont have a fridge. Despite of providing advanced intimation, they didnt keep the rooms ready. Room water was provided after reminding atleast 3-4 times.

Poor Stay

Food options are way too less, they did not have pane-er out of 3 options and they did not inform. The order was taken and when i followed up after 45 mins i was told that there is no paneer. Further i had to wait after scolding the hotel staff, the food was delivered, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
