Very worst experience, Never book this hotel, they don't have Power back up & rooks are in Basement. very bad smell

One of the worst experience I had in my travelling life. I have never experienced such a bad services from any hotel being in service industry. The House keeping, the attitude and courtsey of staff, food , everything was very casual and not an expected behavior from any hotel. They don't have anything to serve like simple thing , coffee. They served ketchup which was mixed with water. They don't have any attendant to serve their guest in restaurant. They don't give you any choice in breakfast. There is no buffet what they claim to serve. They are reluctant to provide room services more than once like wiping bathrooms or room.

Everything is good except washroom. Hot water gyser doesn’t work properly so will not get hot water when you need it. Moreover wash basin tap was broken. I would give it 4 star out of 5

Very worst location and terrible area location of hotel, i will not at all recommend anyone to stay here it is very far away 15-20km from all excursion places in ayodhya with no breakfast or very bad breakfast.

Decent stay for a family, i was travel-ling with my toddler and they arranged milk for me, that was really appriciated. However this stays does not have fully functional restaurant, only breakfast is available. Over all good stay. Jai shree ram.

One of the worst places i have ever stayed at. The only good point about the place is that it is new and therefore the rooms appear to be clean at first look, but then the nightmare begins. - food - worse than terrible - frequent power cuts implying non-function lift, air conditioner and geyser. They have a generator but not with 100% power backup implying you have to chase the manager to get your air conditioner to work which can take hours as they have to serve all the rooms on first tell first serve basis. - no complimentary late checkout even when rooms are available. I had to leave at 4 due to the timings of my onward s connection but they an exorbitant price for additional 5 hours almost equivalent to a night stay. - location is terrible - you will not find anything even decent nearby - no cabs, no food nothing. All you will get is bad quality street vendors. - only 1 bottle per night is complimentary and rest is chargeable and no ro water is available. - no restaurant - all you get is room service after which the room is bound to get dirty and you will have to wait for more than an hour to the place cleaned up -breakfast inclusive package is a waste of money as the menu is fixed everyday, food is bad and served cold - looks like they pure order from somewhere in bulk and serve to all. - bathroom fittings are either broken or leaking, you will not find a room where everything works like it should overall - if you are spending 5k per night, please find a better place to stay. This place is worse than rooms @999-

10 kms away from ram janm bhoomi. Located in a very remote area. Service was good a lot of efforts were being made by the hosts.

The surrounding location of the hotel is very dirty and the hotel is very remote located from srjbkhetra around 19 km away. The hotel is newly constructed and so lacks many facilities like the staff is uneducated, the room was dusty, the bed sheet was dirty and the supply of the water in bathroom was also not proper. No geyser hot water.

Staff was well behaved. Facilities were quite new hence quite clean. Need to maintain the cleanliness.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.
