Average Stay
Had to sleep one night without an AC. while the staff was friendly and helpful, the main AC switch malfunctioned due to which we had to sleep without the AC and with the table fan. The staff was very kind and tried to fix the issue but they weren't able to do so. Another issue was with the hot water. The hot water would come from the tap only if 2-3 buckets of water flow from the tap which results in a huge water wastage. While the adults can adjust with lukewarm or cold water, we cannot use it for toddlers

Location : Close to Bus stand. Stay : Good for Couples. Food : Good, not great. Staff : Helpful and Good.

Excellent Stay
Great rooms, wonderful staff. Everything worked. The view from the second floor hotel was majestic. The breakfast was excellent with multiple options, saved money and time with included breakfast.

Bad Experience and don't book at al
Had bad experience after staying for night in this hotel. Nice hotel for one day accomodation although house keeping is not good. We kept our plates in the night outside of our room but till 10 AM not picked up. complementary breakfast is also having any items. Food finished very quickly and non refilling after that. They had tieup with Maharaja hotel in the night we have ordered dinner at 20:30 and food was delivered only after 10 PM. We stayed from 6th June- 7th june

Good Stay
Location at the centre of the city, near to various tourist places, all basic facilities were available and good. We had morning breakfast as complimentary which was a buffet with multiple options, and it was tasty. Overall I would rate 4/5.

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with family.
The room size is good and spacious enough for a family stay. However, the breakfast options were the same every day, and the food often ran out well before the end of the breakfast hours. Cleanliness was average — towels and bedsheets were not changed daily during housekeeping unless specifically requested or complained about. On the positive side, the parking space is sufficient and convenient.

Good Experience and Friendly Staf
It was a nice experience overall: - Got some AC issue at start but got a immediate fix from the staff, just a minor filter cleaning was required (Even after that staff verified multiple times if its okay) - Got 2 hours late check out, staff is really friendly. - Even after checkout, staff helped with dine in, wasn't able to get a restaurant due to Karnataka Bandh.

Bad experience
I had booked a deluxe through mmt, but when i went to check in, got a normal room. They said they only have that room available and deluxe were taken.
