Poor Stay
They are not at all cooperative in their description it was written that check out can be extended for 2hr without any charge if available but they charge 1000 for 3 hr only and it was raining outside i asked only to open a room so that i can change just for 5min they refuse to do so and ask for money. Breakfast it was below average. complementary breakfast was just ok in taste, and in lunch, i ordered chicken, and it was not fresh at all. The taste was horrible. if u want to stay here, dont order food best. u can order from zomato.

Good Stay
Hotel was good, cozy, staff is also courteous. but few things that doesn't make it a 3 star property as claimed, it's not exactly on the road, breakfast is limited, few things are not maintained in the rooms like vanity doors were not there, had to ask for towels, soaps, kettle which are basics for such a hotel. rest was fine. I want to state again staff was quite helpful and overall stay was pleasant

Wifi and TV were not working.. Even the dental kit was not available. Complaint two to three times but didn't get resolved. The infrastructure was good, but the service was very poor.

Excellent Stay
I was searching for a good hotel in Dehradun at a reasonable price.I went through many hotel reviews but I found the best reviews for this hotel and I booked .I stayed there for five days and had a great experience. The hotel room was clean,all facilities were also there.Best thing about this hotel is it's staff.Very well behaving and polite staff. Belreakfast was also very good.

Good experience with some room for improvement
8 out of 10 for overall cleanliness 9 out of 10 for washroom cleanliness Staff was courteous n helpful Only negative- we had to ask for everything such as doormat for bathroom, towels, soaps for washroom, Tv remote etc etc All these should be provides upfront

businessEvery thing was good. One suggestion hotel need to provide the grooming kit to the guest. Property location is very good. And staff is very professional and cooperative. I recommend to any one to stay here.
