Stay is good, Hotel location is in the city. Good hotel. Hotel wants to improve the room service. But over all experience is good.

Poor Stay
The resturant was closed.While booking a room ,we used to plan have food from there itself .It was shown restaurant available.But it was not working as bar was on leave.If bar is not working,whether that means the people who booked the room will have to go outside and take d food .I felt it very bad during the stay.So somebody who s booking rooms in this hotel,plz confirm whether there restaurant a working or not...

Good Stay
Very clean room. It was a suite room. There were two toilets in it in which One was toilet cum shower facility. I asked for a late checkin , which was not given. In my booking it was mentioned as complimentary early check in and late check out of two hours each. Breakfast starts only at 8.30.

Average Stay
This hotel did not let us checkin 30 mins before time. The booking had mentioned to check in after 1pm but the hotel said it’s after 2 pm. This hotel doesn’t have a lift. Also the options in breakfast is very less , they had idli dosa sambar chutney and bread jam however they don’t have a toaster for bread.

Average Stay
Room is neat and clean. Employees are well mannered. Break fast was waste. Only Idli, dosa & Bread. Idling-dosa & curry taste was not good. That also less quantity placed on serve table. if we ask them, they will bring it after some time. Tea and coffee also they won't keep outside.

Poor Stay
Room was clean but bathroom doesn’t have any hot water , towels or accessories. TV /cable has no channels

A very good stay at Kumil
I booked this hotel through Makemytrip and it's a good stay. The rooms very clean and hygiene we had evening food in thier restobar and it was excellent but little more costly the front desk staff and room staff are very good and finally the complimentary breakfast we got the kerala traditional items which is very tasty. overall we had a good stay at Kumily.

Terrible
I had booked all 5 rooms same. But after reaching there I got 2 with AC and 3 without AC. No housekeeping staff, receptionist was taking care of everything and hence poor response No restaurant for dinner Breakfast was poor with no options Hotel was under renovation and hence no reception lobby Overall, terrible experience

Good stay. Breakfast starts late at 8:30am. It should start by 7-7:30am for people leaving early in morning

Good Stay
Good hotel in a prime location. Rooms are clean. Good service by staffs. Off road safari jeeps are available nearby, if required hotel itself arrange the facility. There is a restobar near by. Located in the middle of town. Easy access to thekkady boating parking and facilitation center.

Good stay
Ample parking space. Good clean room. Breakfast was ok, can be improved. Staff was ok. I reached 2 hrs after check in time, but room was not ready. Had to wait some time to get the key. 100mtrs from the local market space.
