I have book stay for two nights , AC was not working throughout the stay , after complaining again and again they did turned it on the day of checkout , breakfast not good and they have only 2-3 person in their staff for over all work like house keeping , restaurant, etc .

Decent Stay, but Food Options Need
The stay was just okay. Treebo really needs to focus on improving the food options, especially for dinner. There are no nearby restaurants, and even online orders take 40–60 minutes to reach since the nearest ones are around 6–7 km away. When I asked the staff about dinner, they said they could prepare something if I ordered but didn’t even have a menu card, which was quite inconvenient. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two, but there was a small ant problem that affected the overall experience. With better food arrangements and a bit more attention to cleanliness, the stay could have been much better.

Good property for stay, limited options for food
Good property but overall service is not up to mark. The location of the property is very good and has an advantage of a nice backwater experience as well. Rooms are also good for the price it is offered with. The only let down is the food service at this place, be it breakfast or lunch/dinner. You will be having very limited options with no additional service even if you are ready to pay extra. You will have Swiggy/zomato service to fill the gap

Good Stay
The place was very good and we enjoyed a lot but the breakfast is repeated daily like dosa and idly continuously for 2 days i request to server different type of type of breakfast

Very very worst stay in my experience, Totally waste for money. Incharge Lady was very rude and complimentary breakfast was not provided properly. Room, restaurant and walls are very dirty and ugly. The property is not maintaining properly.

Good Stay
The resort and stay was excellent. The property is well maintained and scenic however the breakfast service is slow. The owner was really good with excellent hospitality. It's far from the hustle of the varkala cliff where you sleep by hearing the sea waves.

It's a beautiful resort. We enjoyed our stay. Location is very good. They take us to beach by private boat. Peaceful clean private beach they have.

Stay in treebo majestic was horrible, the room was very dirty and bed sheets had stain, the food was very average and overall it wasn't worth the money.

It is a small property with pathetic services
We paid rs 8400 for this property due to peak season. They have pathetic food and slow service where you need to request them even for spoon and bowls while having limited breakfast options. Property is very small located 8 km from varkala and not at all justifies the price. Someone should not pay more than 3k for this hotel. Only saving point is a good backwater view.

Very very worst don't go a
I made a booking for 2 days from 22nd to 24th of December 2024, at Treebo Majestic Retreat, Varkala. The stay experience there was terrible. Property was in a poor condition, terribly maintained, food was not provided properly and when asked the person in-charge gave a very irresponsible and irritating answer. The property is very poorly maintain and it was an unpleasant sight, ruined the vacation for us. They didn't provide proper sanitary kits, gave us handwash when asked fo shampoo and the in-charge lady started arguing that 'its shampoo poured in a handwash bottles'. The food menu for the complimentary breakfast wasn't provided and had to ask them everytime for anything we need. The staffs know nothing of hospitality and service nor do they know to take instructions from us and get what was asked for. The in-charge person and their family is using the reception area and whatever vacant room available as their living space and they are unclean too. Was a very unpleasant sight. The management is irresponsible and rude behavior. The grills near the water was very damaged, broken and rusty. Very unsafe especially for people with small kids. And nobody in the management seems responsible for that. I trusted the pictures of Treebo and made the booking, was a total disappointment. And they charged crazy for such a terrible place. I'm hugely disappointed with Treebo.

Poor Stay
The only good thing about this place is the location which is serene. This resort is highly understaffed. They want us to place dinner order before 6:30 as their kitchen closes at 8 etc. Which is not feasible for tourists. In so called restuarant they don't even put the cutlery like bowl, spoon etc. You have to ask for it again and again. I have asked for basic steamed rice and dal for my infant. They didn't have that as well. Very limited food options they keep no menu etc. We saw a treebo supervisor as well once there however not sure why this place have pathetic management. Why treebo is ruining it's brand name with this. This resort has so much potential to grow as location is vivid. Don't plan if you are going with an infant.

familyOverall not worth the money. Room was ok. Had to wait for break fast to be prepared and the options were less. It is not unlimited either. They charged for the two extra medu vada that was ordered, which otherwise was restricted to 1 per head. Moreover they allowed a group of men to host drinks party with loud music going all the way till midnight in the lawn just beside the guest accommodation. I had travel-led with my old parent, spouse & kids. Though no untoward incident happened, i would never chose such a place where you don’t feel secure travel-ling with family.
