Great value for money stay near Helsinki station, location was fantastic, room was spacious a living room area flanked by the 2 rooms on each side , place was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well.

Well Placed hotel in Budget
Nice stay, cozy experience and overall a decent experience. Food was good, options in Breakfast was limited

Poor Stay
Horrible experience. Hotel with no hot water, Cochrage in room, food available for Limited hours (Even tea not available during day). it spoil my tour

Terrible Expee
Hotel entrance has high slope one vehicle slipped while going up luckily it didnt came down fully else it would had caused bad accident Hotel is dirty Washroom was dirty Rooms dirty staff didnt even provide kit like towel and all until asked then they said brush kit is not available Breakfast was also bad Overall waste of Money

Terrible Stay
Booked 02 nos of higher category rooms for 02 nights. One room has very bad smell . The same smell continues for the whole stay. Several times requested but nothing improved

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few issues that marred my experience. Unfortunately, the AC in my room wasn't working, and despite reporting it to the staff, no one came to check or repair it during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast counter was quite messy, which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, the staff were courteous and welcoming. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and takes necessary steps to improve the facilities and services. *Room for improvement:* AC maintenance, breakfast counter cleanliness.

Worst stay ever
It was our worst experience ever to stay in this property. It had insects on its wall and in bed and when asked the hotel staff to take them off, he just bought one cloth & they had no mosquito/insect spray, instead they just had room freshener. And, they had no extra towels in the hotel, and blamed us that we didn’t give them the towels for laundry & denied us to give fresh towels the next day because they had towels only in exact numbers as the number of rooms. They gave us 2 small hand towels, and that too were so dirty that they had yellow marks/ patches. The breakfast even was not good, slow service and very oily food. It was worst experience ever to stay in this hotel.

Good stay with nice rooms but definitely there is some room in improving services like hot water and out of 4rooms we booked 1rooms ac is not working

Good Stay
Rooms are very clean but the chinese food are not good as per the requirement. Other food is very good. Staff are very responsive if you have any query or any concerns. Only one thing the road going to hotel is up hill. So it is very difficult to car go upside. Overall experience was good.

It was nice. Rooms were spacious and food provided in the premises is pure veg and it was all fresh and taste was also good

Terrible Stay
The cleanliness of the room was not good and when we informed them at reception they said it will be done the next day, bedsheets were not cleaned when we arrived in room, next day towels were not provided. Overall experience was not good, feeling like it was a normal hotel that did not deserve 3 star

Entrance from main road is not good.
coupleMaintenance of the hotel is poor. No geyser is provided in the room instead they give iron rod that too on demand/request. If any one wants to have food in the room it is very difficult because there is no chair and table in the room. Hotel is three stories but no lift.
