Hotel is very good, hotel location is too good, breakfast was good and in this budget everyone must visit this hotel once. Staff are also polite.

Treebo orion saffire hotel is located at elgin, near ajc bose road. My stay has been nice. Restaurant is neat & clean. And food served are good. All staffs are very congenial. Overall good hotel in the heart of kolkata city to stay.

For the first time i used treebo app. The hotel i stayed in shakespeare sarani, kolkata was treebo orion sapphire from 11-14 july 2024. Myself and my wife are senior citizens. We have been taken with utmost care. The facilities for the price are reasonably good. Every day they changed the towels, bedsheets, and one more good thing is you have a coffee maker in the room and can make coffee whenever you want. Good hotel, good place.

The hotel is situated at a perfect location. Accommodation is awesome and the best part is its price which is quite affordable for everyone. The buffet breakfast is extraordinary where one can as much breakfast as one can.

Hotel orion suffaire is really in prime location at kolkata, house keeping is good room service is best, the front desk staff is very helpful polite and humble with human manners but, food and complimentary breakfast quality is average, overall safe secure and clean these basic fundamentals are full fill. Most importantly economical for regular business tour travelers.

It was super good! hotel freshly renovated. Got a nice size room on 5th floor. Soft mattresses. Deluxe room has decent size. The service came with honest smiles and the staff went all out to accommodate special request. Would like to mention alok from room service and shuman from house keeping as very outstanding. Incredible value for money. Only weak point is insulation as speaking in common area is clearly audible and room doors are very close to each other. Reception service was good but there's room for improvement a bit
