Excellent Stay
Excellent location and amenities, food quality was fantastic, nice stay as no need to out for want of anything. Location wise easily accessible, amenities and food quality are excellent.

Excellent Stay
Had a very comfortable stay at Treebo Premium Brijinn, Nagpur. Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff was polite and helpful, and the location is convenient. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money. 👍

Very adamant and aggressive response if guest put reasonable request
The hotel charge money if someone come to meet only for 15 minutes. very adamant staff. Zero consideration on the formal request.

Excellent Stay
property location idle in city close msrctc bus stand. hotel Briginn known to autowala. all bus service pvt are in two minutes distance. food was nice. Even full breakfast very nice variety food, juice, egg boiled ,omlet, fruits, tea/ coffee neat nd clean room, prompt room service Really very nice selection on mmt value for money. even we like roof top hotel to spend eventill late night

Everything is good including the cleanliness service of the hotel but there is a lot of problem with the internet in the hotel and the breakfast is very bad, I have kept this in my mind. I have stayed in many hotels but this is the first time I have seen such a bad breakfast, that too in a hotel of this range.

Excellent Stay
Rooms were clean and everything was in place like there were towels a napkin beside the wash basin. Bathroom was clean. Food was good. Had a issue with my food order but they addressed it quickly and provided good solution. I enjoyed my stay a lot and I am very much satisfied with my stay

the best part of this hotel is they have very nice food with inhouse restuarant. location around 2km from railway station and they maintain proper functioning of the hotel.

Regular Guest but no service improvements
Welcomed with tikhi nok jhonk with reception about last visit as I requested them to cross check the room cleanliness as during last stay there were hairs on bed and blooded pillow cover. After check in process, welcomed in the lift filled with chairs, that too came after waiting for 10min. Checked in room, then got to know that there is no hand towel in washroom, tried to reach out to housekeeping but no response, however managed. In the room AC flaps were broken due to which AC air distribution wasn’t good and cooling wasn’t enough. Also AC was making too much noises. I had to just spend night so managed anyhow but this is my 4th stay here which is worse than previous all 3 stays. Their breakfast menu is same. It never changes only poha, uttappam, sambhar, vada that’s it.

Not so good. Expected a bit more as it was Deluxe room. Manager
Manager was a bit rude. And lacked cleanliness and room was too small of Deluxe room. locality is just beside bus stand.

Making stay better
Convenient location, had breakfast simple nice,. Bathroom should have a simple floor wiper to dry. Prevents water logging and leakage through gaps. Filtered water can be provided after request since bottled water is limited.

Property is not up to the standard. Small lobby area, smelly lift area and corridor and not so helpful staff

Poor Stay
Local water bottles in room, no recharge in tv only one ot two options of breakfast that too poha and bread only. Very unprofessional service staff behaviour. They start playing monile in your room and will sit outside on stairs talking to each other on high speech. Last but not the least very foul smell at few places specially 01 series room.
